So here is the unspoken "law" of homelessness in Akron:

If no one calls and the city doesn't find out about it, you can camp on the land.

So, it's playing hide and seek with people's lives.

It's so fucked up.

BUT if no one calls then they can stay there.

So the moral of the story is: We have to get people to stop calling the police and start calling me or someone else instead.
